We live at A12 phase 1 ashok vihar new delhi 110052, the building has basement and 3 floors the basement was sealed for illegally operting commercial activity since past 2 years in the last MCD sealing drive, only recently with the new ruling it was de sealed the owner has rented it out separately to 2 tution centres ABACUS and TUTE STATION and it has created a mess in and around there are taxis derivers un known men 12 th class boys all over and around the building eve teasing smoking making a mess all around theyve even put big hoardings not only on their basement entry but also on the common area belonging to residents and poles trees in the locality belonging to MCD promoting their business and creating it not tough but impossible for us the residents to live.
We requested them to control the sirtuation which was in vain as the owner and the tenants warned us of making our life further even a bigger hell. we request the authorities concerned to please take this mail as a request to (DELHI POLICE, MCD, DDA, LOCAL COUNCILOR&CHIEF MINISTER) please let us live and move around our house and seal the premises (basement) as early as possible so that we may live a normal life.
