Passport not received

Dear Sir,

I am Rajesh Sharma. I have applied for passport on Dt. 10th Mar.

My File Reference No. A01722111 Date of Birth is 30.11.1975

On Passport website my status is showing police report is clear. Application is under process.

The above message is showing from a long time but still I have not received my passport.

Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I will be highly obliged.
