I have applied the fresh passport for my Son Himank on 28th February. The details are given below:-

This is to bring in your notice that after around 3.5 months has been over and I haven’t got the passport as of date. The status on the Passport Seva Portal updated on 01/05 and it is currently as “Police has completed verification process on 01/05. Your passport will be dispatched after 'Clear' Police Verification Report is received at Regional Passport Office. You would receive an email/sms once the passport is dispatched”
Whereas when I visited the Tilak Nagar Police Station which is also the passport verification office for the west zone and found that the police enquiry was completed on 19/04 and a clear verification had been sent on the same day.
What should we do now to get the passport of our sone. We opened the grieviences online on the passport seva portal, submitted an application physically in RPO office and launched a RTI as well. No response of anything till date.
What else i do to get the passport of my son.
