My passport application has been granted on 02/09/10, and police verification process also finished on 20/09/10, but till now i have not got my passport its almost 49 days over, this new PSK system says that fresh passport takes 3 * and when i call to call center they said it will take 21 days, but till now its not turned up, if i would have applied by normal method i would have got my passport within 45 days.
PSK says 45 minutes for process in side, believing this i took my wife with me and it took 4 hours to come out and she was waiting out for me with no clue when i will come out.
Inside counters also not giving proper information, there is is 3 counters inside i.e A-B-C
A & B counter will finish fast, after finishing A & B counter WE HAVE enter in C counter waiting list but no one will inform you, you will be surprised seeing people are going inside to C counter who came after you till the end you will not informed until you go and ask the counter person then they will say you have to enter you name.
Its really waste of time & waste of government money to run such stupid institution
