Delay of paaport

Respected Sir,

I VIJAY BHASKAR RAJU submitted passport on 24-9.verification is completed but still not yet received.in verification status it is mentioned that u will receive with in a weeks time, please check my verification status.3months had been completed.my passport number HYDH009823.
