Delay in passport

Respected sir,

I had applied my passport (file no. a100524) at passport office dated 07/aug at patna passport office and done the police verification by december of last year. This is a long time but didnt recieve my passport till yet as well as not showing any details on website. So kindly do me a favour and send me the details as early as possible.
