Passport status is blank and issuing delay

Dear Sir/RPO,

Let me know the reason why passport status is blank as matter of urgency so please speed up passport processes. I have applied for passport dated on 04/02, my file no is A005340, and my police verfication is also done in April Month but status is not updated yet. I am working in IBM India Private Limited, Bangalore and I need to submit Passport in this month as per joining condition. Now I am hopeless as if I am unable to submit then Company take action and I am new joinee.

Please help me as I sent mail third times to [email protected] but no response.
