Dear Team,

I have got the these numbers (0891-2557879, 2558929, 2796917, 2529399) of PF office Vishakapatnam.

I have tried Reaching these numbers (2557879, 2558929) but not reachable, then i immediately dialled 2796917, some lady picked up & i enquired about whether it is PF office, then she said yes, then when i started enquiring about PF withdrawl process she asked me to dial to 2557879 & she said that the number (2796917) which i dialed belongs to commissioner & she hanged on.

Immediately i tried reaching 2557879, i tried many times i was able to hear busy tone always. Suddenly after trying many times it got connected & it was ringing but no one reponded to pick up that call & respond me.

I have repeated the same process upto 4 calls.

Then i immediately called the number (2796917) which i connected first time. The same lady picked up & i introduced again that i have called earlier & said that no one is picking up 2557879, she rudely says that why are you disturbing me always, i m meeting & she hanged on phone.

She didn't even to know the problem & i dont know who is the commisioner over there, if she is the commissioner then i dont think that being in positoin of commisioner she should not behave iwith the people in that manner who called to enquire about PF.

If She is really in meeting there is way to say politely that she is in meeting, moreover she says that i am disturbing her.

What does she thinks herself, dont have any other work calling govt land line numbers & disturb them?

If she thinks that people who call her/PF Office enquiring for their PF withdrawl status is a disturbance then there should be some action to be taken on the concerned authorities.

One more complaint is that the telecaller (2557879) who responds to PF queries is not at all responding to calls & higher authorieties are also not bothered to take calls, then whom should we approach to know about our PF status.

Already there is bad impression that PF trust work very badly (Slowly), with this rude behaviour it is proving the impression that we had.
