Pension Fund clearence not done from 6 months

Respected Sir,

I have completed my paper work and formalities by my organisation to avail my pension fund, but I did not receive any checque or cash in my bank account from past 6 months.

Please let me know the status of my pension fund also if actions need to be taken from my end.
