My Revised PPO No M/Corr/7457 sent by RL 652 dt 04/07 by PCDA (P), Allahabad has been reported to have not been received at the addressee, Main Branch of Bank of Baroda, Lakshmi Road, Pune as on 14 Jul 11. This is unduly delaying receipt of my commutation amount. I request for early redressal
