I travell daily via these buses. In these
buses there are too much illegal apparatus applied i.e. Stereos,
illegal seats near the driver seat. The stereos they used with high
volume and missbehave with passengers if they said to switch off them.
Drivers also used mobiles while driving which is also illegal and it
will cause an accident. I want to tell you via this email that its
your duty to control these kind of illegal happenings in your
department. I can prove what i said. I have so many recordings of
drivers using mobile while driving and using stereos with noisy
volume. I also complained too many times to your Barnala office but
not any action had been taken. Now i am sending you this mail to stop
these kind of things. And put a complaint book in every bus. I'll be
