Delay in Passport

Hi,

This is in regard to File Reference Number: HYD-Z800363-10, HYD-Z800364-10

Application Date : 25-01

Till now we haven't receive passports. In April I went to passport office enquiry in secunderabad and they said everything is cleared and we will dispatch in a weeks time. We waited for one week and checked the status on the website it is displaying "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" till today the same status is showing.

Please kindly do the needful.
