Non-lifting of telephone by the Govt. employees i.e.by the telephone operators and saying wrong nos

Most important thing is that whenever anybody dials any P/F office either in Kandivli General Nos. 25692531 and 28692604, Operator or Bandra PF office who lifts the phone ABRUPTY/rudely ANSWERS as “WRONG NO.” when I/we public tell her to connect pension dept. immediately she bangs the phone without listening to the callers. This is the behavior of the operators, every time when we call P/F offices or any Govt. office, even PASSPORT OFFICES. Even if they pick up and we ask them to transfer to the respective dept. they pass the above remark ‘WRONG NO.” Then what for the operators are paid by Govt. to say wrong no.? First of all they do not pick up telephone and by chance if they pick up no proper answer and bang the phone. Why the Govt. offices need operators if their services are not availed for public? salary is paid to them for heating seats/time passing in the office?
