Are police there to help civilians?
It is with great agony that i wish to bring something to your kind notice. My Vehicle SUMO VICTA (HP-20 B 8627) was hit badly by MAX PICKUP (HP-20 B 9850) at Bangana, Distt. Una. Himachal Pardes. MAX Pickup’s driver was driving his Vehicle very Rashly which results in an Accident. After which Police Official (SHO Mr. Krishan Lal) came on the Accident Spot. My driver said that he was relieved when he saw the policemen because he think at least they will protect an innocent civilian and provide some justice. But it took him in great shock when he started abusing him. Instead of filing the FIR the local SHO Mr. Krishan Lal (Mobile No.9418931698) challaned my vehicle. Whereas my vehicle was in proper Lane And the other vehicle was coming from Opposite direction and hit our vehicle on Driver Side area. which can also cause serious Injury to my driver. But he don't try to Listen our point. Instead he started abusing and Mis-behaved with Driver. He totally ignored the accident and the reason why it happend. The responsibility of the police is to respect and protect innocent civilians. Neither to abuse them or Show them their power.
So I would like to report an accident that occurred while driving near Bangana between 3 pm and 4.30pm on Friday, 29th January. I hope that the Police will consider even this small offense seriously. And will puinish the Real Culprits.
