I am living in Ernakulam district, Kerala and under the coverage area of VADACODE POST OFFICE [PIN 682021] at Kangarappady locality. However we are not getting letters in time from Kangarappady sub post office. On enquiry, the officials on duty says there is no “post man “ available for distributing letters at Kangarappady sub post office. Therefore I request you to take a look in to this issue & take appropriate actions to resolve this issue as early as possible to make a system to distribute letters in time to the addressee.
I also request you to put an enquiry through higher ups on the above said post office [Kngarappady-sub post office] on this subject. If anyone visits kangarappady post office, they can witness the situation by seeing letters dumped over the room.
