Non-delivery of post

My POD no is EM307635806IN. When i searched online then it showed article was delivered to Manovikas nagar post office Secunderabad on 06 Apr. When i went there on 08 Apr to check the status of my article, i was told to put a complaint on line in one way and other way i was told to ask the postman. They even did not check their records whether my article was delivered. The article is very important to me. I am looking for support on priority basis.
