Recieved call letter after the exam done

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that I had applied a post of group "D" in West Bengal Police which was published at 20/10 in Ananda bazar Patrika. I had received a call letter (SL no -28542) regarding this application on 06/01 but, as per call letter the exam date was 04/01. As a result I'm not able to participate the exam due to latency delivered my call letter.

Kindly request you please look into this matter and try to give me a chance of this opportunity.
