About telephone bill

Dear sir,

I have not get my telephone bill ph no. 01255277600 for the may so my broadband connection dissconnected now i have got duplicate bill from telephone exchange. But post office babu Mr. Mahipal cant deposit the bill from 2 days. So please take leagal action about my complaint. Tel. No. Branch siwani : 01255277280
