Poor Service in delivering postal and parcels

Respected SirMadam...

My name is Sumit Singh. I live in Sunam dist Sangrur.

The Problem is that Post Men of our city do not deliver the necessary and required post in time. some time they do not deliver the post. I applied for ATM Card in a bank but I was unable to get my card because of poor post delivery service.

I am a student reading in University Patiala and reading by correspondance corse. University sends me my notes for study but because of poor post service I can not the the notes in time and it gives me a great lose in my study.

Please do some thing against this poor post delivery service in Sunam city.
