Delay in New Passport

Hello Si/ Ma'am,

Greeting of the day!

This is status of Passport mela which was arrange by Minstry of External Affairs. I have submitted my application on 1st July'2012. Till date my application is in process.

Application Submitted on 1st July'2012

It came in process in Sep' 2012

Police verification done in October'2012 & everything was ok.

Now its 17th December my application is not reached to next level.

If this is how a department of ministry work than what is the use of citizen charter in system.

I don't know how many complaints I have to register & when it will be shorted out. Please find the attached file of conversation between me & Ministry of external affairs.

Kindly look into this matter & help me.
