POLLUTED WATER SUPPLY (Even though dept has sent that the issue has been solved we are getting polluted water contionuously) ACTION NOT TAKEN CLEARLY

SUB: DRAINAGE WATER COMING CONTINUOSLY INTO OUR DRINKING WATER TAP (WE GOT A MESSAGE THAT THE PROBLEM GOT SOLEVED.BUT NOT YET SOLVED)

I CH.JWALAPATHI residient of H.No:4-35-29, venkateswaranagar, kukatpally, Division9, Bhagyanagar section, (HMWSSB CAN:612021842) lodged a complaint to Hmwssb and the complaint No: 1008.and the department has taken sent a message that the issue has been solved. But the problem is not yet solved.we re getting Drainage water continuosly into our taps of Drinking water

.Please kindly look into this matter and solve the problem as early as possible.
