Not delivered consignment

Dear Sir / Madam,

My Sisters PAN Card was dispatched on 19.12.2012 vide ZB2156531 from Mumbai to Nandurbar. i had done enquiry on 28.12.2012 from your mumbai office on 022-39506026 / 27 they said it will be delivered on 28.12.2012. While checking status on 31.12.2012 it is showing as delivered on 28.12.2012 in tracking. but it is still not delivered. It was urgent and it has already taken 12 days but still not delivered.i am requested you to please go through in this matter.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
