Awaiting 1 year to get new ration card

Sir/ Madam,

I had submit my ration request on 05/01 & still awaiting for ration card. need your help to get my ration card ASAP, Every week i am checking & they said that it will come within a week or two weeks. I need to apply for passport so need this ration card urgent,
