Not generating EC

Dear Sir,

I applied for Encumbrance Certificate on 08 Nov vide Transaction Id: T125007551. It has to be delivered within 4 to 5 working days, whereas till date it has not been viewed by concerned authority and not giving any remarks. I am visiting e-seva centre Alwal, Hyderabad frequently to enquire about the status of the application and they are telling not yet updated the status and there are no remarks also.

Request take up the matter for early action of my application.
