Dear sir,

I would like to inform to you that I sent a courier which included 'rakhi' on 18.08.2010 which was supposed to be delivered within 2 days according to him. When I inquired the destination where the courier has to be delivered then I came to know that it has not reached over there till 24.08.2010. He took an extra charge for performing the task in 2 days but when I asked him the reason for delay then he misbehaved me accompanied with filthy abuses. I want to claim the guy for this happening. I and my entire family was deeply hurt because the festival which comes annually went in vain. Instead of apologizing he pounced upon me with filthy abuses. I want you to take some severe action against him.
