Respected Sir,
My name is Antony and I hail from Varapuzha, Ernakulam. I have suffered a lot from a visa agent called Muhammed Rafi, M D of Al-Fahad tours and Travels, Palkkad (Reg No: 3246/KER/PER/1000PLUS/2/1/2/5301/99). He offered us a visa to Canada within four months and took 1 lakh rupee from me. I gave this money 1 lakh rupees which I had borrowed from money lenders in a high interest. I was so sure of their sincerity, for they have government registration. Now it is almost 18 months and I did not get any visa. (I had almost payed 64 thousand rupees to money lenders as interest of my money).
After 12 months I began to ask my money back. But they try to threaten me and say that they have connection with notorious gangs. Last month I went to their office and asked my money but Muhammed Rafi caught on my neck and banished me. He is a very rich man and has got a big house at the centre of the city and also many other business institutions including petrol pump. I am only a worker and suffer a lot to lead my daily life and also to pay money (interest) to the money lenders. After that he gave me a date that is 15th of May but did not give my money. So I request you to take an urgent action against these immoral attitudes.
I am not the only one who was trapped. My friend Shajee, his brother Shibu (Idukki) and they have also given one lakh each. There are also many people who were trapped.. Can government take any legal action against them? Why Government allow them to have Registration which can trap many youths like me? Please send me a reply just for my consolation. I do not know how I can overcome this situation.
