Passport not recived submitted for pcc

Dear sir

i have submitted my passport for PCC in passport office lucknow on 23 rd MARCH.my file no is LKOH02064010 AND KEY NO 7202064010.

accorting to passport officer it should have taken 10 to 15 days but now 20 days has over but i havnt recived my passport yet even the passports which were submitted on 22 nd march have already reached.

As i have to go saudi as soon as possible and my compny cant wait anylonger so please help me out.
