MATURITY OF NSC

Dear sir,

I "AMARENDRA MISHRA" a customer of post office, chhen-, 769015, Rourkela, Dist-Sundragarh, Orissa (India).

I went to post office, chhend today Dt.03.07. regarding to collect my NSC but the Post master of Cheend post office told me to wait for collection but i am sorry to say that after waited omore than 2 hours the postmaster told me to go away as he has no money but when i asked him when i will get then he behaved me very crudely and said that i cant give you now.when i told him that i will complaint then he told me that he has no issue's.

Therefore i am requesting to you sir, kindly have a look on this matter and give me right justice so that i will feel comfortable.
