Disagree with the despatched dt. of passport

Till the end of last week the status of of my passport read as PASSPORT HAS BEEN GRANTED AND EXPECTED TO BE DESPATCHED BY 25/02 . But sir not receiving the Passport till date I knew through that the date of despatch has been shifted to 14/031. kindly take this matter in to consideration and send the Passport at earliest possible.
