METER WRONG CONNECTIONS GIVEN BY ON DUTY LINE MAN

Dear sir

I am G.Kasi Viswanathrao, S/O G.V.Subbarao, Brahiminstreet, Door No. 21-635, Dharmavaram, Meter No. 17466, Pole No. M4/16. On 22.01.2012 the electricity department people replaced the meter and given wrong connection by lineman made all my home electricity goods damaged by short circuit caused by wrong connection given by line man .damages are as follows 3 tube lights, Color Television, 2 mobile chargers, fan when i went to ask for the compensation for damages the line man said take Rs.300 and keep quite, and department people also supporting him only they are not taken my complaint against him also

So sir i need justice from you and take action against the department and also the line man of Dharmavaram.
