Passport not received even after passport was ready

Hello Sir,

I applied for re-issue of passport on tatkal scheme on 23-02. Currently the status in the website is showing that "Passport was ready on 02-03". But I didn't received it. Could you please look into this whether there is any issue within the passport office or is it a postal delay.
