As i resident of gurumurthy nagar opp IDPL colony balanagar hyderabad 500037 under electricity division ERO 12 bowenpally our electric substation is Praga sir we have facing too problem in electricity breakdown services in this area we have so many times given a complaint in phone call but any officers is not given any response some contract employee is here he drunk in alchohol in night times sir our area main supply is connect to under HAL colony substation but he is power cut to four and five times daily sir please help in this area people night times power cutting mean not come back to power here. night time all officers mobile phone is switched off, Sir you know our city temperature .because we are facing is too critical position . sir kindly help me please and please and please
