Most of the Flats and common areas in A R Court, Kanakanagar, Bangalore, has water leakage problems. Leakages started from 1st year itself. Every time a complaint is being made some temporary fix is made and the leakage starts again within 6 months. The wall paint is ruined already due to leakages inside the flat. Even common areas have leakages. Plumbing is a huge mess in A R Court. There has been no permanent solution for this leakage issue since almost 3 years now.
