Dear ones, Arratukulam developers, Bangalore is plotting against their 'investor quota' apartment owners in Firenza, Electronic city. After getting a major portion of the payment for apartment after showing a certain plan they are now building a totally different building in a smaller portion of the land as they received a bigger contract from SBI or SBT to have an independent building in the same land just for them. In order to accommodate the new offer to buy around 200 apartments from SBI they are planning to cheat all Investors (around 50 of them) by allotting them a narrow piece of land and altogether different building which has the width of only apartment with a terrible architecture. As they are tackling the poor investors one by one so that it handled easily.
