NOT REFUNDED MONEY

Respected Sir,

I have been dealed for purchasing a under construction flat. After competition the builder not proceeded the completed the construction plan and other build maps. As per agreement the builder not completed bank's required documents. State Bank rejected my loan application. I told the builder please give me such documents as required bank, thereafter deal discontinued. I have already paid total money Rs.2.50Lakhs rupees. But builder not giving these momey. (10000 token money 100000 1st installment 140000 2nd installment) these money I have paid through DD Cheque as on 2007 September onward. I have all agreement & other receipt and other all papers.
