AVS Colony owners facing many construction issues likes building constructions (Roofing Issue), Sewage issue, water issue, Drainage issue, no proper road in the gated community houses within AVS housing colony. We havent seen such worst constuction in Tamilnadu. Even Tamilnadu government doing verygood construction compare to this construction group. There is no proper responsibility from the builders for the constructed house. As per my experience am not suggesting to buy house or land from the AVS group.
