Our neighbor Resident of plot no. B-211 Vivek Vihar Phase 1 Delhi 11095 is constructing on the rear set back of the said plot. This construction is leading to blocking of our natural light and fresh air from the rear side of my house leading to darkness and suffocation. This construction activity is leading to invasion of our privacy. Sir you are requested to look in this matter and take necessary action in order to stop the activity to prevent it from developing in to another katra like society.
