The person named Jaswinder Singh (9891386166) & Satwinder Kaur staying at BA-19B FF Janakpuri New Delhi 110058 have tried to cheat people
by tring to sell a illegal construction done on DDA flat.
These husband & wife pair took biyana & asked us apply for loan. Now since bank declared that its illigal construction they are not ready to refund the
amount.
I would like to seek advice from people as to how to get things sorted. I have a notary paper of the deal done.
