Whereabout of registered lette

I made a registered letter in relation to an important property issue to Block Land Record Officer, Purulia, W.Bengal.

The letter is not received so far as I am told. But whereabouts of the letter from Postal Department (Head and Local Post Offices of Purulia) are missing. This is increasing the difficulty.

Suggest a way to get a document from in my favor.
