We have booked flat in BPTP sect 75 parklands in Dec in the name of Gurvinder Singh Matta, and at the time of booking we were told we will get possession in 2 yrs a. After 2 years again we were told we will get possession in 3 years. Our loan installment will start only after we get possesion. But now its going to be 4 years we have not got possession our loan installment already started. We were told we can sell off whenever we want but now when we want to sell we dont have any buyer. Pls suggest what to do in this situation. Pls help with clauses and advise solution
