Illegal construction

There is many illegal building is being construted in my area . i live in khirki ext, malviya nagar . lots of building is there . builder name is Mr Subhash Saini . pls take action . all releavent mcd officers & local police men are involved in this. There is horrible corruption . mainly area is J4 / 75 Block & R block. its a request of a indian citizen.
