Sub.: Raising of unauthorised floor at 33-35, Model Basti, New Delhi.
Dear Sir,
It is to inform you that at above said plot a floor is being constructed at 2nd Floor with creating projections in the streets on front/side/rear sides without any permissions.
It is to bring into your knowledge, I have lodged the complaint in this regard vide complaint no. 16629 on Tel. No. 23220016 in control room but no action has been initiated in this regard.
Furthermore, it is to be noted that this structure is around more than 80 years old and due to lot of seepage in the walls and slabs, it will not be possible for walls to take care of the additional loads otherwise building may collapse causing risk to the life of families living at lower floors.
It is requested to take the appropriate action in this regard.
