Delay in Flat hand ove

Hi,

I booked a flat in Cholenkeril Greenscape -II in Sep 2007 and they promised me to complete the entire work before July. In July they extended the date to Dec then March then July and finally we shifted to Sep 2009 without completing the work. They done their construction work on Jan except lift, generator and few amnesties. After few calls and discussion they put the same in April. Still the builder is not talking about generator.

Please inquire to any of the flat owners before taking any decision with this builders...

So if anybody want to book the new house for their grand children Cholenkeril developers will be right choice.
