I had purchased four plots each of 240 sq yards in the mini city venture in their shamshabad venture two each in the names of my son in law ramesh and son mahadevan and one plot of 500 square yards in their medchal venture in the name of my daughter sindhu from M/s happy estates pvt ltd (presently taken over by M/s.city square enterprises having their office at pavani estses ameerpet.
i found out that of the four plots in the mini city venture three have been double registered.when i took up the matter with their officials one Mr.purushotham reddy they were trying to convince me that everything is in order but when i confronted them with the no encumbarance certificate by the registrar shadnagar with great reluctance i was offered alternate plots in their moinabad venture for which i had to pay addiitonal registration charges.this after continuous follow up involving 60/70 visits to their office. again i find that there are lots of mistakes in their documents requiring rectification.i have been running around their office to get this done but with response.varying from waiting for receipt of documents form their banglore office.i am still waiting for some positive response.
the case about the medchal plot is that the plot has govt survey numbers and they are refusing to give ;no encumbarance certificate.as such the response for this too is equally evasive.
all in all the total investment is around seven lakhs in addition to all this running around.
