I have purchased a flat in the 2003 @ 17, 50.000 and paid the amount to the builder as his full and final demand. After few months he send letter mentioned the area of your flat is increased by 300 sq ft.and pay @Rs. 2000 per sq ft. now he send another letter mentioned the same demand along with interest till the payment not received.

Now tell me sir / madam what can i do in this situation.
