Kind attn: mr.narendra modii (C.M-gujarat) am resident of divine life ave.which is developed by Devnandan builders.it's owner is mr.paresh thakker and group.ur socitey is devnandan co.op.h.soc ltd.(divine life ave.) is situated in satellite.we complain that we are residing from avg.3.5 years from soc.at the time of booking, builder had taken Rs.37, 500/ech flat... total nos.of flat is 56 ..amount will be @Rs.16, 50, 0000 for maintenance depost.that time he had promised us he will return amount Rs.16, 50, 000 at the time of two years.now time has been @ 4 years.but did not return money or not had over society account with all related documents.we have gone to his office more than 12 times.but every time he is doing false promise to hand over co-op soc.adminstration and diposit money.he is absolutely chor and unreliable person.kindly do something.we are awaiting yr steps about this subject.
