Not provide facility according to project plan

Dear sir

i have purchase flat in dream city, but according to project plan (at the time of booking)

they not provide facility, sir we pay bill of temporary electricity connection, they not provide permanent connection, bad construction quality, bad supervision, wall leakage, in proper pipe fitting, in proper finishing etc.

please suggest me for next action.
