Illegal construction

I am the owner of 1st floor and 2nd floor with my neighbours. Mr. SOMESH THAREJA, who resides on the ground floor is making an illegal structure at the 2nd floor terrace. Since the building does not have a basement but floor is being constructed, no construction can be carried out beyond 2nd floor.

. This construction is illegal.

I HAVE ALREADY LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH MCD ON THEIR SITE...
