Embassy Projects and Infrastructures now known as HiLand Realty Pvt Ltd.
We booked a land from them under Serene project. We gave an advance of Rs. 1, 00, 000.
They told that the land will be approved by BBMP in a month or two. It got approved recently.
The deposit is lying with them. In between around 2 yrs, till the land got approval, there was no communication from them. Now when we do not wish ahead, they are not refunding the deposit.
Please help us getting back our deposit.
