I have booked a flat in Everest Country Side at Ghodbunder Road, Thane west in Feb. They had promised to start the constrction within the next few months but they had not even started with the plinth and caused lot of trouble in the housing loan processing from LIC.
Inspite of repeated followups and requests no one is botherd to reply me back on the reason for this delay.
I had to repeatedly pay processing fees to LIC due to the lapse in the loan validity period of 6 months.
Donno when will get the posession.
As someone has specifed truly we only get calls when any sort of payment is required.
